Warranty Terms

Products of Noble Protection Film GmbH must be stored, handled, installed, used and maintained in accordance with NPF's instructions. This limited warranty is contingent upon compliance with all such instructions.

This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by:

2.1 Misuse and Improper Handling

• Failure to follow the guidelines or instructions of Noble Protection Film GmbH
• Chemical abuse (e.g. harsh cleaning agents and solvents)
• Thermal abuse or shock (e.g. excessive heat or cold)
• Physical abuse

2.2 Storage and Installation Errors

• Improper storage, installation, handling and/or use of the product
• Damage not attributable to manufacturing defects that occurs while the product is in the customer's possession
• Unintended or inappropriate use of the product

2.3 Visible Defects at Installation

• Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects
• Scratches, abrasion, scuffs or chips on the painted surface at the time of installation

2.4 Surface Damage

• Minor conditions such as stains and scratches
• Damage caused by improper washing techniques
• Damage caused by automatic car washes
• Damage caused by incorrect washing tools that may cause abrasion
• Damage caused by third parties not authorised by NPF

2.5 Water Spots

Water spots are caused by mineral deposits which, if allowed to dry on the paint protection film, may leave a permanent stain. Water spots are not covered by this warranty.

2.6 External Influences

• Damage caused by collision or accident
• Vandalism, fire, hail or flooding
• Surface rust or rail dust
• Paint overspray or defects from the paint manufacturer

2.7 Repairs and Non-Automotive Applications

• Areas that were not re-wrapped following a paint or body repair

All information or suggestions provided by Noble Protection Film GmbH regarding the products — including applications, specifications or compliance with codes and standards — are provided solely for your convenient reference and are made without any representation as to accuracy or suitability.

You must independently verify and test the suitability of all information relating to the products for your specific application.

The warranties set forth herein are the only warranties given by Noble Protection Film GmbH in connection with these products.

Noble Protection Film GmbH disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Products are sold only to the specifications expressly set forth in writing by NPF.

4.1 NPF's Obligations

The sole obligation of Noble Protection Film GmbH under this warranty is:

• The repair of non-conforming products
• The replacement of non-conforming products
• At NPF's discretion: the return of the product and refund of the purchase price

4.2 Buyer's Risk

The buyer assumes all risk with respect to the results of using the purchased products, whether used individually or in combination with other products or substances.

5.1 Maximum Claim

No claim by the buyer/owner of any kind, including claims for indemnification, shall exceed the purchase price of the products for which damages are claimed.

5.2 Exclusion of Special Damages

Noble Protection Film GmbH shall in no event be liable for:

• Special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Reliance, statutory, punitive or exemplary damages
• Loss of profit or loss of use
• Loss of time, loss of revenue or inconvenience
• Loss of business opportunities or damage to reputation
• Loss of data

5.3 Knowledge and Foreseeability

This limitation of liability applies even if the possibility of such damages was communicated or such damages were reasonably foreseeable.

5.4 Scope of Application

The limitation of liability applies in connection with:

• The sale, delivery and maintenance of the products
• The use or loss of use of the products
• Any liability of the buyer to third parties in connection therewith

Noble Protection Film GmbH provides a warranty of up to 12 years from the date of purchase on its paint protection films, subject to compliance with all installation, care and usage conditions as well as timely product registration.

The exact warranty period depends on the specific product and will be confirmed upon product registration.
